Advanced Data Analyst

Execute advanced data analytics to find and execute simple solutions to complex problems that help improve OEE and GCC, creating a data-driven culture in the plant through the creation of visualization tools, analytics, and enabling their use.

Requirements:

Engineering in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or Data Science and Mathematics, or related degrees and engineering.

Experience in data analytics, design and management of databases (SQL, Hadoop, Spark), Data Visualization, Programming Languages (Python, Scala), Machine Learning, Big Data.

Advanced English.

Responsibilities of the position:

1. Integrate projects into the roadmap that will be executed focused on OEE and GCC through data analytics.
2. Determine the necessary technology and support to execute analytics projects and integrate into the digital and data roadmap.
3. Identify opportunities for Kaizen according to deviations from goals and opportunities detected in Gemba Walks.
4. Plan together with the integration area the signals that will be required for the digitalization of data.
5. Create synergy with the OEX team and other areas to solve problems in an agile way from the data analytics approach.
6. Execute projects with the advanced use of data on opportunities in OEE and GCC.
7. Create insights to support the DMS in all areas and all levels focused on OEE and GCC, with descriptive and real-time analysis.
8. Lead workshops on important opportunities and involve key personnel.
9. Execute deep data analysis to determine correlations, patterns, and predictions in priority plant problems focused on OEE and GCC.
10. Ensure the progress of your projects according to the plan.
11. Share and promote that others share best practices with other areas of the same plant, as well as with other plants periodically.
12. Advisory of key decisions that need to be made to anticipate monthly and annual results to Plant Manager, OEX Manager, and area managers.
