Location: India, Hybrid

This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Bengaluru, India office as needed. Candidates must be based in India.

At Clari + Salesloft, our Senior Software Test Engineer will be pivotal to our company's success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing teams. We're a collaborative team of product managers, designers, backend, frontend, and quality automation engineers that genuinely enjoys working together.

The ideal candidate is passionate about automation, code quality, test optimization, and integration testing, while also striving to improve the quality assurance process, identify areas of enhancement, and increase automation across the spectrum.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Create and maintain test plans for new and existing features.
• Develop and maintain automation suites.
• Perform proactive defect tracking and participate in daily QA activities.
• Lead end-to-end testing for enterprise-level projects delivered by full-stack development teams.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, test engineers, and product managers to ensure a consistent and seamless user experience.
• Partner with the Test Foundations team to improve testing practices at Clari.
• Enhance testing coverage and implement CI/CD pipelines as needed.

The Skill Set:

• 5+ years of professional experience in API/Backend testing
• Passionate about testing and breaking software systems
• Experience in Java with automation tools like Selenium
• Experience in writing automation scripts using TestNG & RestAssured framework
• Understanding of and experience working with CRM systems.
• Experience working in Gmail/Exchange API's
• Experience or exposure towards performance, load and resilience testing
• Basic knowledge in SQL (Postgres, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
