Are you an HRIS professional with a knack for detail, data accuracy, and systems support? CJ Logistics is seeking a Temporary HRIS Support Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources Information System (HRIS) team for a 3-month assignment.

In this essential support role, you'll help drive day-to-day HRIS operations and assist in critical projects, including data audits, employee records maintenance, system testing, and cross-functional support across Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and more.

What You'll Do

• Data Management: Enter and update employee records, ensuring high accuracy and integrity.
• System Support: Troubleshoot HRIS system issues, maintain security access, and assist end users.
• Project Assistance: Support HR projects involving data extraction, conversion, audit, and testing.
• Compliance & Reporting: Support audit, compliance, and regulatory data needs with thorough documentation and timely reporting.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors on system issues and testing as needed.
• General HRIS Support: Step in wherever needed across the HR function to ensure seamless data and systems flow.

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of HRIS experience, ideally with UKG, Dayforce, or ADP
• Strong data entry, reporting, and system troubleshooting skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to manipulate, audit, and convert data
• Comfort with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and other office tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Flexibility to support varying projects and shifting priorities

Work Environment & Requirements

• On-site presence required, 5 days per week
