Customer Service Representative

You'll be the main point of contact for customers, handle paperwork, schedule shipments, and help keep everything on track behind the scenes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love problem-solving, this role is for you! Pay Range: $20.97 ~ $26.00 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5:00PM
What You'll Do:
- Customer Communication – Be the friendly, go-to expert for both internal and external customers, ensuring top-notch service and smooth operations.
- Schedule & Organize – Keep things moving! Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate carrier appointments, and keep schedules on track.
- Paperwork Perfection – Process orders, Bills of Lading, and verify documentation with accuracy—because details matter!
- Dock & Yard Coordination – Keep the flow efficient! Assign dock doors, track trailers, and maintain key reports to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Team Player – Work closely with shift leads and jump in to support shipping and receiving when needed—teamwork makes the dream work!
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and ready to learn warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Shipping & receiving experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is even better!
