In this pivotal role, you'll oversee a team of Sales Executives and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial construction and maintenance projects. From tenant improvements and roofing to parking lot resurfacing and snow removal, you'll ensure every job is delivered on time, on budget, and with excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor CBS Sales Executives in full-cycle sales and project execution
• Oversee construction and maintenance projects from proposal to completion
• Ensure operational efficiency, budget adherence, and client satisfaction
• Develop strategic plans to meet sales and profitability targets and to also receive commissions.
• Build relationships with property managers, general contractors, and building owners
• Support sales closings by providing technical insight and project expertise
• Promote services including commercial repairs, flooring, landscaping, and more
