Location: Universal City, Texas Compensation: Up to $17.00/hour, based on experience Schedule: Rotating weekends and flexible full-time opportunities

Make Pet Care Your Purpose

A Client Service Specialist (CSS), you'll be the friendly face and voice that welcomes every client to our clinic. Whether it's their first call or their tenth visit, you're responsible for creating an outstanding client experience—warm, professional, and efficient. You'll help build the trust and relationships that keep clients coming back and turn them into lifelong CityVet fans.

What You'll Do

• Greet clients warmly, manage check-ins, and notify team members of arrivals.
• Answer phones, book appointments, and clearly communicate scheduling needs across grooming, medical, technician, and retail services.
• Proactively assist clients in the lobby—keep them informed of wait times, answer questions, and ensure a smooth and pleasant visit.
• Collaborate with medical and grooming teams to coordinate discharges and client instructions.
• Support a positive workflow by prioritizing appointments and assisting with lobby triage as needed.
• Cross train with our medical staff to learn all aspects of our hospital

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Strong computer and communication skills
• A customer-first mindset and a love for animals
• Rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
