The City of Topeka's Planning and Development department is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to serve as its lead administrative support professional. The Administrative Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient implementation and coordination of departmental programs that have citywide impacts and performs daily administrative duties such as drafting correspondence, coordinating meetings, accounts payable, and assisting with financial documentation.
This position reports directly to the department director, with work primarily performed in support of the Planning division.
