Reports to: Building Maintenance Supervisor
Summary: Repair, maintain and install all plumbing in all City owned and operated buildings in a safe and efficient method. Available for 24 hour call. Additional duties as directed by Building Services Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education, Training and Experience Guidelines: High school diploma or GED required AND Five (5) years' experience in installation and maintenance of plumbing required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
License and certification requirements: A valid Texas State Driver's License and a Texas State Journeyman Plumber license is required. Appointment will be conditional upon successful completion of FBI criminal background fingerprint check in accordance with Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) standards.
Safety Requirement: Position requires that City approved safety shoes be worn.
