UH/DAD (Procurement Lead Specialist) - Management & Operations
The Procurement Lead Specialist will play a vital role in managing and coordinating procurement activities to support efficient functioning of various city departments such as the Mayor's Office of Contract Services. Your primary responsibilities will be to lead procurement transformation by leveraging expertise, negotiation skills, with market research to procure cost-effective and favorable contracts as well as negotiating all enterprise contracts.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a leadership role within a public sector or government environment. Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations. Experience in negotiating and managing complex contracts. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
