The New York City Comptroller's Office works to promote the financial health, integrity, and effectiveness of New York City government. The Office of the Comptroller's Bureau of Information Systems provides a full range of technology support services for key business functions and Charter mandated responsibilities of the Comptroller's Office. The position will oversee and manage the day-to-day functions of the organization's network infrastructure. Reports directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). This technical role is responsible for the overall network operations including, data centers operations, servers, storage, backup environment, patching systems, network switches, firewalls, load balancers, WAN, SDA LAN, and remote access environment. In addition, manage vendors external business partners relationships and projects.

Qualifications/Requirements: All applicants must be current City of New York employees serving in a permanent Civil Service title of either Computer Systems Manager or Computer Operations Manager, or reachable on the current civil service list for Computer Systems Manager title.
