The Director of Constituent Services will report to the Deputy Chief of Staff. We are seeking a candidate willing to be part of a collaborative, energetic and innovative team. The prospective staff member must be committed to seeking out new and better ways for the office to connect with, and deliver for, Queens's diverse neighborhoods, communities and constituents. The Director of Constituent Services will represent the Borough President's office in handling and supervising constituent service matters for the office. May be required to work nights and weekends.
