We're currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Vice President, Wholesale Credit Risk- In-Business Quality Assurance – Population Analytics - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Quality Assurance, Monitoring & Testing Lead Analyst - C13) based in Mumbai, India. In this role, you're expected to:

• Primarily responsible for population sourcing on a regular basis for all QA entities, working with QA Heads on maintaining standards for analyzing applicable workflows for WCR Policies, Procedures and Standards.
• Work with multiple teams of professionals to enable effective execution of QARs by assisting early in population analytics to assist on sample selection, resourcing, test script development and other activities for ongoing delivery of robust Quality Assurance results.
• Ensure that accurate and timely information pertaining to the Population Extract for each QA vertical is shared with the QA Leads and Heads.
• Coordinate with WLCR and CCR Leads and Heads to ensure that timely information is shared with QA Management regarding any blocker preventing a QAR completion and timely execution of QA regular updates.
• Ensure that In-Business QA Self-Identified Issues (SII) have been subject to diligent and effective execution of Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and that these have been submitted timely for review and closure to the underlying Action Owners.
• Participate in the adequate design and timely communication of Insights and Analytics Management Information (MI) reports with WLCR and CCR QA Leads/Heads.
• Support the Heads of WLCR/CCR/Data IBQA on internal projects and initiatives.
• Support WCR IBQA Voice of the Employee (VOE) as well as diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Travel (less than 10%)

Knowledge/Experience:

• Demonstratable project management or assurance related experience, including 8-10 years in wholesale banking, credit risk management, operations or internal audit at investment or large commercial bank.
• Advanced understanding of risk management and control frameworks related to wholesale lending management or equivalent risk discipline.
• Demonstrated capabilities on data analytic tools.
• Proficient understanding of policies and procedures with the ability to execute change seamlessly.
• Significant experience in preparing presentations for seniors.

• Solid organizational skills with ability to manage time and prioritize effectively with little to no supervision.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to audiences of varying levels of seniority.
• Seasoned Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills.
• Qualifications: BA/BSc or higher degree in Business (MBA), or any other related subject.
