Join our team and make your own progress in a supportive and friendly environment! Reference Data Services Analyst is a trainee professional role. Candidates responsibilities will be acquiring a good knowledge of a range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. As well as good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.

What you'll do:

• Perform data analysis and verification
• Call external clients via phone to confirm financial data
• Use various external and internal systems to confirm financial data
• Liaise with both internal and external clients to ensure data quality
• Provide a high level of service to our internal business partners
• Provide tangible metrics to management
• Working hours: Rotation between three shifts 09:00-17:00 (morning shift), 12:30-20:30 (middle shift) and 15:00-23:00 (evening shift)

What we'll need from you:

• Fluent/native English knowledge (written & spoken)
• Good communication skills
• Able to identify, troubleshoot issues and escalate if needed
• Accountability for the managed tasks
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in maintaining client static data within a capital markets environment is an advantage
• Bachelor's/university degree is an asset
• Financial services related qualifications is an advantage
