Job Overview

Join our team and make your own progress in a supportive and friendly environment! EMEA Security Coding handles securities data setup and maintenance based on vendor information, ensures securities data match between Data Regulatory Operations applications. Data prepared by our team is later on used for securities processing – from training to settlement.

The Reference Data Services Analyst is a trainee professional role. Requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.

What You'll Do

  • Day to day oversight and contribution to creation and maintenance of security data within multiple systems across multiple teams.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements to quality of data and client service levels
  • Responsible for the successful management and delivery of project initiatives and for the supervision of junior staff to ensure delivery of their tasks which contribute to the projects
  • Provide a high level of customer service to our internal stakeholders
  • Working hours: 13:00-21:00 (CET)

What We'll Need From You

  • Fluent/native English knowledge (written & spoken)
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to identify, troubleshoot issues and escalate if needed
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in maintaining client static data within a capital markets environment is an advantage
  • Bachelor's/University degree is an asset
  • Financial services related qualifications is an advantage
