Job Overview

Join our team and make your own progress in a supportive and friendly environment! The Data Quality team is responsible for next day checks on the SSI (Standing Settlement Instructions) Accounts Opened by partner teams the previous day.

Reference Data Services Analyst is a trainee professional role. Requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.

Responsibilities

• Perform trend analysis and identifying root causes Implementing or suggesting solutions based on the root cause analysis
• Review Reference Data updates made within various internal systems
• Liaise with other teams globally to ensure data quality is remediated
• Provide a high level of customer service to our internal stakeholders
• Own ad-hoc projects from inception through to completion
• Provide tangible metrics to Management
• Working hours: 9:00-17:00 (cover for EMEA)

Qualifications

• Very good English knowledge (written & spoken)
• Good knowledge of Excel spreadsheet as an asset
• Manage various data remediation work streams Projects Knowledge
• Able to identify, trouble shoot issues and ultimately escalate
• Experience of maintaining client static data within a capital markets environment
• Take ownership of allocated work and is accountable
• Bachelor’s/University degree or financial services related qualifications as an asset
