Team/Role Overview

IT Quality Analyst role is located in Warsaw but is part of a dynamic virtual team with members based in the US and India. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various functional groups within Citi Bank, engaging directly with both technology and business teams. You'll play a key role in fostering effective communication and ensuring seamless collaboration across international teams.

Role has responsibility for test case design based on business requirements, test case execution, defect managing within project testing phase.

Key responsibilities in this role include collaborating with Technology partners to establish agreements for comprehensive end-to-end coverage during the UAT testing planning phase. This also encompassed the design, execution and completion of UAT testing for assigned projects, all while adhering to timelines within the SDLC process.

What you'll do:

• Work with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team of resources to manage application testing for quality assurance
• Perform end to end testing of application including requirements understanding, test planning, test case and scenario development, test execution, results analysis and sign off, manage test data
• Work with multiple teams to develop, and execute functional and regression testing
• Work with regional and functional business managers, application managers, regional production support managers, vendor resources and project team leads to outline service agreements, test plans, environment scheduling, approve test scripts, report metrics, etc.
• Work with Citi Wealth Quality Engineering teams in an onshore/offshore model
• Work with teams in a collaborative style to engage partners and proactively manage activities.
• Improves quality of applications and user satisfaction by minimizing the amount of defects that go into UAT and production, test processes and perform data validation

What we'll need from you:

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Proficient in Agile development methodologies.
• Skilled in end-to-end functional testing, including requirements analysis, test case creation, execution, and sign-off.
• Expertise in using test management tools, particularly Jira.
• Experience working in a distributed team model (onshore/offshore) and collaborating with clients, developers, and business users.
• Proactive, self-sufficient, and takes full ownership of tasks from start to finish.
• Capable of resolving complex and highly variable technical challenges.
• Strong communication and diplomacy skills for effective stakeholder management.
