Job Overview

The Human Resources (HR) Ops Sup Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position responsible for the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to provide a broad range of HR services to client groups within Citi.

Responsibilities:

  • Work across full range of HR activities, including Time and Absence, Leave Administration, Compensation, and Organizational effectiveness
  • Facilitate Time and Absence changes as required by the business and support Lead HR Generalist on Time and Absence and Leave Administration processes.
  • Assist with the management of all Time and Absence and Leave Administration issues related to employees and provide advice and guidance on Citi policy and procedures
  • Assist employees with Time and Absence and Leave Administration questions, and liaising with Global Payroll Services, HR Business Partners when necessary
  • Assist with projects such as Time and Absence and Leave administration and site-specific activities and ad hoc project requests, as required
  • Liaise with Global Payroll, HR Business Partners, and other HR Teams where appropriate
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
  • Fulfilling the clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Proven organization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
