The Legal Executive Group Manager (HR Legal) is a senior management-level position responsible for managing a team and serving as a key strategic partner to senior business stakeholders and functional partners including HR by providing counsel and thought leadership on all aspects of legal matters related to employment law for the relevant organizations. The overall objective of this role is to set the strategy for and manage a team providing legal support, advice and guidance for the Citi Wealth and USCC organization, as well as the Administrative Charges unit.
This role has a significant degree of responsibility and authority. This role requires solid conceptual / practical grounding in the laws and regulations for the geographies in which we operate as it relates to matters of employment law & HR for Wealth and USCC. This role also requires significant management responsibilities, including talent management, budgeting (including headcount and financial), and strategic planning for the team. This role will also contribute individual and tactical support, including providing individual advice and counsel on matters presenting higher risk to the organization.
