Job Overview
The role sits as part of the Frabelux Equity Derivatives Sales and Cross Asset Solutions team responsible for selling structured investments primarily linked to equities, but also encompassing fixed income, currencies, commodities, hybrids, and alternative investment classes.
By joining this sales desk, you will be a key member of the Frabelux Sales team, focused on a variety of clients such as Asset Managers, Family Offices, insurance companies, Banks, and PB. You will spend your time proactively speaking to clients, providing product ideas, improving existing services, and working to onboard new clients. We are looking for a bright, talented senior candidate with proven capability to deliver results in a client-facing role and with the potential to generate revenues by providing an excellent level of service to our Iberian clients.
What you will do will be varied day to day, but the key drivers for the role are:
- Working with multiple partners across the bank including the various product structuring and trading teams, and the issuance team to bring appropriate product to our clients.
- Work closely with:
- Structuring and Trading desks to deliver the best solutions to our clients.
- Control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure.
- The Client Management team to develop comprehensive wallet data for our client base.
- Demonstrate consideration for the firm's reputation by appropriately assessing risk in business decisions. This involves safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and transparently escalating, managing, and reporting control issues.
- Continued development of the platform to improve the client experience, and fulfilling the clients' needs while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.
What we will need from you:
- Only fluent French and English speakers will be considered for this role.
- Considerable experience in an Equity Derivatives solutions and Cross Asset Structured Products Sales role and possess a good understanding of the Frabelux competitive landscape with an ability to identify and drive new product and client opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, and advanced quantitative skills with long-standing derivatives sales experience.
- Outstanding attention to detail and excellent time management & prioritization skills, which will be required when proactively managing your clients successfully.
- Being a team player is a must.
