Job Overview: The Solutions Salesperson will be primarily responsible for ensuring that our Sales strategy achieves and maintains a leading position with our clients across all solution products for Public Sector clients in Brazil.
The ideal candidate should have proven success in executing strategic solution business. The candidate should be able to design the Solutions strategy for clients in Brazil and deliver the full set of Global Sales Solution strategies.
He/She will report to the Brazil Head of Sales.
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Leading and implementing Regional/Country Specific Business Strategy:
- Develop a coordinated strategy across the multiple product lines in the solution space.
- Achieve ambitious goals in both market and wallet share from the client franchise in Brazil.
- Originate and execute meaningful and landmark Strategic/Solution transactions in Brazil.
- Coordinate and execute the regional strategy jointly with Solution Sponsor and Product Specialists.
- Partner with other key ICG businesses and Functions such as Banking, CMO and the CCO network.
Leading Strong Governance and Controls:
- Works in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance - to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure.
- Builds a culture of responsible finance and high ethical standards.
Experience, Skills and Capabilities:
- In-depth experience of Markets products, clients, and business dynamics to originate and execute solutions business.
- Experienced with Public Sector clients in Brazil, relationships and strong understanding about how decisions are made and how to navigate their decision making process.
- Successful understanding and leadership of a geographically diverse and multi-product business.
- Strong intellectual grasp of the industry and with the ability to anticipate and lead the organizational response to future changes.
- Ability to translate vision into executable plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Credibility and gravitas to lead, motivate and influence a diverse population.
- Superior problem-solving skills: pragmatic approach to ensure limited resources are directed appropriately.
- Must be able to write, read and speak English fluently.
