CITECH recrute ! If you wish to contribute your skills to an important project, we have the mission for you! We are indeed looking for an Expert Support N3 (H/F).

Your mission is for a recognized client in the transport and logistics sector under controlled temperature. Nearly 20,000 employees are mobilized in 7 countries. You will intervene within the pole responsible for the management of incidents and problems, mainly for WMS applications. You will have the most complex and technical missions by taking charge of the analysis, resolution, and follow-up of incidents of level N3 and N2.

Job Description

You will have the following main missions:

  • Contribute to the optimal resolution of level N3 incidents:
    • Identify and analyze recurring incidents
    • Ensure the relay with other entities
    • Ensure the implementation of corrective actions until production to stabilize the applications and improve user satisfaction
  • Contribute to the optimal resolution of level N2 incidents escalated by the Service Desk:
    • Functional and technical analysis of incidents
    • Resolution of production incidents
    • Administrative and technical follow-up of files in the incident management tool (IWS)
  • Contribute to the proper functioning of the global support chain:
    • Support and training of N2 and N1 teams
    • Maintain a level of ongoing files aligned with the service objectives
    • Continuous training on the applications supported and production of N2/N1 documentation
    • Review of N1 incidents with the Service Desk
    • N3 assistance to other countries of the Group
    • Validation of the transfer process to the support chain
    • Management of internal projects to the team or cross-functional

Qualifications

You have at least 5 years of experience in IT development, support N2 or N3, in the logistics or IT sector.

The expected skills are as follows:

  • Mastery of SQL (queries) and PL/SQL (reading and creation of scripts).
  • Knowledge of APIs / Webservices.
  • Experience in ETL (data transfer via PLSQL scripts) and Java.
  • Tool for handling servers / workstations.
  • Mastery of a foreign language (English, Italian, Spanish or Dutch).
  • Optional but very interesting for the position: WMS application support already carried out.
  • All our positions are open to people with the RQTH status.
  • Development Web.
  • Oracle Forms, Reports tools.
  • Database administration (optimization queries, execution plan).
  • Knowledge of EDI flows.
  • Technical culture of an enterprise IT (architecture, infrastructure).
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows 11, Android, iOS).
  • Knowledge of a ticketing tool (JIRA, IWS – publisher ISILOG).
