Gtm Marketing Manager - Industry Verticals
CI&T is seeking a GTM Marketing Manager - Industry Verticals to drive demand generation across priority industries in North America. This role partners closely with sales and industry leadership to translate growth priorities into integrated marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) programs that generate qualified pipeline opportunities, strengthen market presence, and support new business growth.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and enjoys building marketing initiatives that directly contribute to pipeline generation. Beyond executing campaigns, this role will proactively identify new marketing opportunities, develop creative GTM initiatives, and launch programs that attract and engage enterprise buyers and buying groups across priority accounts.

Salary Range: The base salary range for this position is $146,700 β $154,600 per year. Actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and location. This role is also eligible for bonus and benefits as part of CI&T's total compensation package.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives that generate brand awareness and qualified enterprise leads
- Translate industry GTM priorities into integrated marketing plans and quarterly campaign roadmaps
- Partner with sales leadership to align marketing programs with priority industries, strategic accounts, and growth objectives
- Develop targeted marketing initiatives that engage enterprise buyers and buying groups across priority accounts
- Coordinate cross-channel marketing initiatives across events, digital campaigns, PR, content, and partner marketing
- Support high-impact industry events, executive programs, and ABM initiatives targeting priority accounts
- Build a deep understanding of target audiences and translate insights into marketing strategies and campaign execution plans
- Define marketing KPIs and measurement plans aligned with pipeline and growth objectives
- Track campaign performance, marketing-sourced leads, and pipeline influence
- Use data and insights to continuously optimize marketing programs and improve pipeline generation results
- Manage multiple concurrent campaigns and launch new initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Provide guidance and direction to junior marketing team members and cross-functional contributors supporting campaign execution and marketing programs
- Collaborate with global marketing teams, including colleagues in Brazil, to coordinate campaign execution and share insights across regions
Required
- 5β7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology, consulting, or digital services
- Experience working with enterprise sales teams and complex buying cycles
- Strong background in demand generation or vertical marketing
- Demonstrated ability to develop marketing programs that generate qualified leads
- Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across events, digital, content, and PR
- Experience managing or mentoring marketing team members, agencies, or cross-functional contributors in the execution of marketing programs
Preferred
- Experience marketing AI, digital transformation, or enterprise technology services
- Familiarity with marketing and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, and intent platforms like 6sense
- Experience working with modern marketing tech stacks and campaign management tools
Location & Travel
This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area (remote) and supports marketing initiatives across North America.
Travel required: up to 20%, primarily for industry events and collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Occasional international travel to CI&T's office in Campinas, Brazil may be required.
