We are looking for experienced and strategic Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Specialists across mid to senior levels to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a technical and strategic leader responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing complex marketing automation solutions for our enterprise clients. Ideal candidates are passionate about data-driven marketing and can contribute to campaign design, implementation, and optimization using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of deep technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and excellent client-facing skills.

Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder). Strong understanding of audience segmentation, data modeling, and personalization tactics. Prior experience in consulting, retail, CPG, or financial services is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Mid-Level:

• SFMC platform setup and configurations and customer data organization.
• Experience with Email Studio and Automation Studio for foundational marketing workflows.
• Create and launch email campaigns in SFMC with audience segments and contact lists.
• Manage end-to-end multi-step campaigns using Journey Builder.
• Implement dynamic content and audience personalization.
• Integrate SFMC with CRM, Data Platforms, CMS, and other tools.
• Analyze marketing data to extract actionable insights and improve ROI.
• Ensure compliance with marketing best practices and data protection regulations.

Senior Level:

• Architecting SFMC platform with setup, configurations, and customer data organization.
• Lead the development and implementation of integrated digital marketing strategies using SFMC.
• Manage cross-functional teams and provide mentorship to junior staff.
• Build custom solutions using APIs, SSJS, and AMPscript.
• Drive real-time campaign optimization and advanced segmentation.
• Partner with stakeholders to align marketing goals with business outcomes.
