Post-Sales Manager, Brazil

We are looking for a Post-Sales Manager to strengthen the adoption of the Flow platform, which leverages Artificial Intelligence to accelerate software development. This person will play a key role in supporting both post-sales and sales teams, ensuring that client expectations are clearly aligned during the sales process and that they experience tangible value and a positive journey when using the product.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and evolve the enablement and support program for sales and post-sales teams, ensuring they are well equipped to align client expectations and deliver a consistent, high-value experience.
  • Support post-sales teams, providing technical and strategic guidance, as well as problem resolution.
  • Develop guidance materials and documentation to support commercial offers.
  • Define methods, processes, and standards as a guidance for post-sales teams.
  • Provide and direct enablement materials for internal teams.
  • Create and monitor success metrics, driving continuous improvement in processes.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, support, and development teams to align strategies and client needs.

Technical Requirements

  • Advanced English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in product management and/or delivery management.
  • Knowledge of software development operations.
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience designing and monitoring success metrics.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Prompt Engineering (nice to have).
