Senior Python LLM Solutions Engineer, Brazil

We are seeking a skilled Python Engineer with experience in backend API development and LLM workflows to join our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing and implementing retrieval/search pipelines to enhance our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend APIs using Python.
• Orchestrate LLM workflows and manage agent orchestration using appropriate frameworks/tools.
• Collaborate with LLM providers to refine prompts and structured outputs, including tool/function calling.
• Design and implement retrieval/search pipelines involving loaders, embeddings, and vector search mechanisms.
• Ensure seamless enterprise integrations with REST/GraphQL, webhooks, and internal systems.
• Utilize Git in collaborative workflows, managing branching strategies, pull requests/code reviews, and conflict resolution.
• Engage with Jira for managing issue types and workflows in Scrum/Kanban frameworks

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Python engineering and backend API development.
• Hands-on experience with LLM workflow/agent orchestration.
• Familiarity with retrieval/search pipeline design and implementation.
• Strong skills in enterprise integrations and proficient use of Git.
• Experience working with Jira and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Advanced English communication skills are mandatory.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on clear documentation and ownership.

Nice to Have:

• Frontend development experience using React/Next.js.
• Basic understanding of DevOps/cloud concepts, including containers and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with ecosystems such as LangChain/LlamaIndex and multi-agent patterns.
• Experience in document processing/search and multilingual use cases.
