Virtual Sales Specialist (VSS)

Cisco's Collaboration group is a rapidly growing sales team offering exciting career opportunities in Hybrid Work & Teamwork. As a Virtual Sales Specialist (VSS), you'll play a crucial role in driving growth, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing in a multifaceted market passionate about global communication. You'll maintain detailed pipeline management, act as the CEO of your territory, and collaborate with account managers, sales engineers, and marketing to drive revenue. Your goal is to exceed customer expectations with creative Cisco solutions, using tools like Salesforce to manage and grow your sales pipeline. You'll thrive in a recognized, flexible environment, utilizing the latest Cisco technology.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience in relevant industries, ideally with tech and SaaS expertise.
  • Known to work in hybrid roles, building relationships, navigating complex organizations, and meeting quotas.
  • Managing sales through channels and building and growing channel relationships to sell collaboration products
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle: prospecting to closing deals.
  • Highly motivated with a competitive nature, tenacity, and drive.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, adept at prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand and apply technical concepts.

Preferred Skills:

  • Channel partners management experience
  • Directly relevant sales experience in cloud contact center, cloud calling, video devices
