Drive engagement between component suppliers, contract manufacturers and Cisco's design engineers.

Assess suppliers' quality and quality management systems (QMS), focusing on their technical and manufacturing capabilities.

Partner with component suppliers to innovate and advance new process technologies and architectures that align seamlessly with Cisco's product requirements.

Support Cisco's engineering teams by providing technical expertise to analyze and resolve functionality and/or performance issues and to mitigate supply chain disruptions
