Perform in the area of IP network monitoring and management in the Network Operations Center (NOC), being responsible for the detection, analysis, solution, and escalation of complex network failures, ensuring the continuity and stability of the service.

Monitor and manage critical incidents in IP networks.

Perform diagnosis and troubleshooting using tools such as ping, traceroute, telnet, debug, among others.

Analyze routing tables, interfaces, and connectivity.

Operate equipment from manufacturers such as Cisco, Juniper, or Alcatel-Lucent.

Document incidents and escalate complex failures.

Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.

Knowledge of OSI Model, subnetting, VLSM, OSPF, and BGP.

Proven experience in IP fault diagnosis and resolution.

Knowledge in at least 2 platforms: Cisco, Juniper, or Alcatel-Lucent.
