Are you the perfect candidate to strengthen our team as an Operador Senior NOC IP? We are looking for someone like you!

Perform in the IP network monitoring and management area in the Network Operations Center (NOC), being responsible for the detection, analysis, solution, and escalation of complex network failures, ensuring the continuity and stability of the service.

What you will do:

• Monitor and manage critical incidents in IP networks.
• Perform diagnosis and troubleshooting using tools such as ping, traceroute, telnet, debug, among others.
• Analyze routing tables, interfaces, and connectivity.
• Operate equipment from manufacturers such as Cisco, Juniper or Alcatel-Lucent.
• Document incidents and escalate complex failures.

Are you the right person?

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Knowledge of OSI Model, subnetting, VLSM, OSPF and BGP.
• Proven experience in IP fault diagnosis and resolution.
• Knowledge in at least 2 platforms: Cisco, Juniper or Alcatel-Lucent.
