Salesforce Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud in our North American Salesforce instance.
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Salesforce features.
  • Provide expert-level support to users, troubleshoot issues, and offer timely resolutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and ensure ongoing system adoption.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the Salesforce environment.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • If experienced, lead and participate in Salesforce-related projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with project teams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

  • Is eager to learn new things and develop their skills.
  • Analytical, structured, and commercially astute.
  • Team player, with strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills – other languages is a plus.

Functional Skills

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably with a focus on Service Cloud.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; additional certifications are a plus.
  • Project Management experience is a strong asset.
  • Experience in office365 especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Interest in learning about business processes and systems.
  • Ideally previous experience with project roles, but not required.
