Responsibilities

Digital support area:

  • Continuously improve the B2B customers' digital journey by developing communication strategies and digital assets to enhance engagement and satisfaction
  • Develop & implement automated e-mail communication flows using Salesforce Engagement (Pardot) to target various objectives such as attracting new customers, preventing churn and increasing self-service usage
  • Collaborate with the European and Baltics B2B commercial & marketing teams to launch different projects, products & tools
  • Localize & translate material and communication to customers from English to Latvian

Public tenders' area:

  • Monitor public procurement platforms for new tenders relevant to the company's business
  • Review tender documentation and assess requirements, deadlines, and eligibility criteria
  • Prepare and submit tender documentation in accordance with Latvian public procurement laws
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary technical, financial, and legal documentation

Qualification & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales enablement or/and public tenders' spheres
  • Understanding of sales and marketing processes and how they mutually support each other
  • Experience in digital sales, including digital communication, sales pipeline management and digital KPI reporting
  • Ability to work independently, manage tasks and priorities, demonstrate analytical skills, and understand interrelationships. Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Quick learner, able to adapt to evolving digital trends
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work with deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with digital systems
  • Fluent in English and Latvian
  • (Advantage) Experience with CRM systems (especially Salesforce)
  • (Advantage) Knowledge of Latvian Public Procurement Law
