Customer Service Specialist

At Circle K, we make it a point to ensure a good customer experience. A very important part of this is our customer service. We are currently looking for a colleague to join our advanced team. It is a small team of three people, which is part of customer service, working with the slightly more complex customer cases and with a special focus on our business customers.

In the team, we work closely together to solve the day's tasks, with both incoming and outgoing customer communications. We are solution-oriented and always take responsibility for the tasks that come our way. All together with the customer in focus.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing good and effective customer service
  • Solving administrative tasks, including answering emails or live chats
  • Supporting project work
  • Handling complaints
  • Mainly written customer contact, but also daily telephone customer contact

Professional qualifications:

  • You have a passion for delivering the best possible customer experience and thrive with administrative tasks
  • The primary professional qualification is communication. You are therefore comfortable formulating yourself in Danish and English – both verbally and in writing
  • You are easy to learn new IT systems
  • Experience in Excel is an advantage
  • It is a plus if you have worked with Salesforce
