Digital Sales Specialist (B2B)
Job Purpose:
The Digital Sales Specialist role plays a key role in the B2B fuel card sales team Mobility & Sales, with responsibilities both locally and within the global Digital Sales & Excellence team. Main duties include developing and executing sales campaigns using the Salesforce Pardot marketing automation platform, as well as actively supporting sales through lead generation from marketing campaigns conducted across various communication channels.
Your tasks:
- Creating and implementing B2B digital campaigns using Salesforce Pardot, from data segmentation to analyzing effectiveness and optimization.
- Conducting lead generation and nurturing activities using email marketing, social media, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams in Poland and at the European level.
- Creating, translating, and localizing campaign content in an engaging way for business customers.
- Digitizing and automating existing sales processes and developing innovative solutions to support the Customer Journey.
- Analyzing data and reporting campaign results to continuously improve activities (Salesforce, GA4).
Our expectations:
- Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication.
- Experience in B2B sales and/or digital marketing.
- Knowledge of online marketing and digital sales.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM will be an additional advantage.
- Proficiency in using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Understanding of the "Customer Journey" process and the ability to manage it effectively.
- High communication skills necessary for developing new and improving existing B2B offers with the European team.
- Independence, initiative, and the ability to work in a complex organizational structure.
