Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent plus up to 18 months of additional training
Education Desired: Associate's Degree
Lifting Requirements: 25 pounds
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively greet and engage with all customers entering the wash area
- Understand car wash packages and "Unlimited" program details
- Be knowledgeable of competitor offerings and prices
- Act as a brand ambassador when communicating with customers
- Suggestively sell "Unlimited" carwash subscriptions, or upsell customers on car wash packages
- Manage traffic volume effectively to maximize throughput of cars
- Cover the wash bay when needed
