- Proficient in Ruby, Rails, Javascript, and HTML/CSS with a strong eye for design
- Ability to work on patient-facing features and optimize KPIs for patient acquisition, activation, and retention
- Strong experimental mindset with a data-driven approach and understanding of growth metrics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to contribute to the engineering culture and hiring process
