Circit is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company on a mission to verify the trusted source in every business transaction. We are building a global asset verification platform that enables auditors to deliver higher-quality financial audits while giving financial institutions a modern, automated way to collaborate with their clients. Our current customer base includes Big Four accountancy firms, fund administrators, global banks, asset managers, and custodians.
We are now seeking a Sales Manager – Financial Services to lead and scale our commercial sales efforts across financial institutions globally, with an initial focus on EMEA and the US. This is a hands-on, player–coach role, responsible for managing a small sales team while also contributing directly to pipeline creation and deal execution.
This role is ideal for a commercially strong sales leader with experience selling into financial services who enjoys building process, driving funnel conversion, and developing high-performing sales teams in a fast-growth SaaS environment.
Role and Responsibilities
Owning and driving the overall growth of Circit's financial services sales pipeline, covering banks, asset managers, and fund service providers
Managing, coaching, and developing a small team of Sales Executives, with responsibility for performance, targets, and day-to-day execution
Driving the conversion of the sales funnel from origination to close, with a strong focus on prioritisation, deal progression, and velocity
Actively selling alongside the team, including originating and closing deals with key target accounts
Defining, implementing, and continuously improving sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline using HubSpot
Allocating target accounts and territories (non-geographic) to ensure efficient coverage and focus across a large universe of financial institutions
Performing and supporting high-quality demos of the Circit platform to senior decision-makers within banks, asset managers, and service providers
Working closely with product, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure feedback from prospects and customers informs product direction and go-to-market execution
Collaborating with auditor sales team to ensure alignment and optimal resource allocation
Representing Circit at relevant industry events and conferences to build brand presence and senior-level relationships
Hiring and scaling additional sales resources over time as the commercial organisation grows
