The Customer Support Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of partners with a more singular focus and strategy that provide account support for Cintas' largest customers / most elevated sales partners while ensuring the support is provided in the most efficient and effective way. The support provided by the team includes data analytics, prospecting / existing business support, researching customer concerns and providing recommended resolutions, and other various duties as assigned.
