- Work closely with new and existing customers to understand their Trust & Safety challenges and goals
- Collaborate with the founding team, investors, advisors, and employees in a team selling environment
- Be intentional about building pipeline and driving engagement with technical and non-technical buyers
- Prioritize product improvements and new features by working closely with customer engineering teams
- Craft a consumer-grade experience for customers by collaborating with product designers and investigations experts
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced in selling B2B SaaS to enterprise accounts with a track record of closing high five-figure deals
- Demonstrates wide-ranging curiosity and a willingness to learn in a new space to effectively communicate with buyers and users
- Comfortable operating in a small company environment and has experience in creating successful sales motions
- Skilled in navigating and leveraging partnership agreements to drive sales strategy
- Comfortable with ambiguity, takes initiative, and balances relentless optimism with realism
