We are seeking a proactive and resilient Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in identifying potential interest in health insurance products among UK businesses. You will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our experienced sales consultants.

You'll Be Responsible For:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and cold leads.
• Engage decision-makers to assess interest in health insurance solutions.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments or callbacks for senior sales staff.
• Conduct research to identify key contacts, emails, and company details using available tools.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and lead status in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to refine outreach strategies.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• High resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience in cold calling or outbound sales is preferred but not essential.
• Basic research and data entry skills
