We're looking for a Customer Marketing Manager who's passionate about driving growth within the customer base. In this role, you'll design and execute marketing programs that increase product adoption, support upsell and cross-sell motions and directly impact expansion revenue. You'll work closely with Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Sales to turn insights into action—and campaigns into pipeline.

Partner with Customer Success to identify and prioritize expansion opportunities using data, product usage trends, and customer feedback.
Design and launch targeted lifecycle campaigns that drive adoption, expansion, and upsell—leveraging email, in-app messaging, gifting, and CS-driven outreach.
Collaborate with Product Marketing to launch new features and packages to existing customers, creating messaging, campaign assets, and enablement content.
Align go-to-market efforts with key customer journey milestones to ensure timely, relevant engagement.
Own customer segmentation and persona insights to personalize campaigns by industry, stage, and product usage.
Plan and execute customer programs including webinars, user groups, roundtables, and customer advisory boards.
Build and scale a customer reference and advocacy program that fuels peer influence and supports expansion goals.
Support our presence on third-party review sites (e.g., G2, TrustRadius) to amplify the customer voice and build credibility.
Maintain a customer communications calendar and ensure consistent value-driven messaging across channels.
Track KPIs such as campaign performance, expansion pipeline influence, product adoption, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
3–5 years in demand generation, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related B2B SaaS marketing role.
Experience building campaigns that drive account growth and align with CS/sales processes.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and campaign analytics tools.
Clear, customer-focused communicator with a bias for execution and results.
