Senior Software Engineer II

Full Stack Developer

The Global Digital Team is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our fast-paced, high-energy team responsible for delivering cutting-edge solutions leveraging Analytics and AI. The focus of this role would be to build high-quality AI-embedded software products in an agile manner.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and delivering web apps, from layout to function and according to the business specifications.
• Integrating data from various back-end services and databases.
• Building front-end website architecture, improving user interactions on the web, and developing necessary back-end applications.
• Working closely with IT and the business team to ensure servers and databases are set up for optimal functionality.
• Supporting cross-platform optimization of the designed applications.
• Collaborating with developers, architects, product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver projects in accordance with Agile principles.
• Ensuring high-quality code that meets business objectives, quality standards, and secure web development guidelines.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Full-stack application development with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Proficiency in Python and FastAPI or Node.js for building clean, efficient APIs.
• Experience building RESTful APIs (versioning, auth, error handling, observability).
• Hands-on experience with Angular (16+ preferred) or similar modern front-end frameworks.
• Ability to build responsive, high-performance UI applications.
• Experience integrating AI/ML features via APIs (OpenAI, AWS AI, Azure AI, Google AI, etc.).
• Collaboration with data scientists and ML engineers to productionize AI components.
• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and optimization.
• Experience building real-time applications using WebSockets or similar technologies preferred.
• Hands-on experience with asynchronous processing and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Experience deploying and managing applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of LLM concepts (prompts, embeddings, latency and cost optimization).
• Familiarity with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, etc.) is a nice-to-have.
• Experience designing scalable, distributed systems and handling high-throughput workloads is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders, including AI feature performance and trade-offs.
