Oversee operation of POS Department and manage vendor(s) on outsourced service to ensure quality assurance.
Monitor the performance of the department to ensure delivery of committed SLA and quality standard.
Support transformation and strategic projects.
Mentor and train team members to build technical and customer capabilities for efficiency gain.
8+ years of solid working experience in life administration environment with at least 3 years in managerial role.
Good communication and problem solving skill.
High degree of strategic and analytical managerial mind.
University graduate or equivalent; with professional qualification in life insurance such as FLMI.
Good command in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
