Job Position Description

Key Objective:

To contribute to the growth of business lines by understanding products, competition, ecosystem, and clients to generate research, plans, and implementations that allow the business to grow both in capturing new clients and maximizing growth with existing clients. It must be an analytical, critical, and methodical profile that allows the development of workflows with both internal clients and strategic partners of Chubb.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify the commercial needs of business lines to generate research, strategy, and the correct communication of these through marketing actions or digital developments.
  • Creation of business and participation in business development. Assist the different business lines with marketing expertise and focus on digital channels in their plans, make capture presentations and subsequent implementation of these.
  • Produce clear reports and dashboards of our activations and executions for the correct follow-up of results.
  • Support the commercial strategy of business lines with a focus on sales, acquisition of new customers, and portfolio retention. For example: Execution of Chubb School, Promotion of ChubbNet, Implementation and Optimization of Chubb Studio, Communication of BCP, etc.
  • Responsible for transmitting or executing actions for our own channels such as website, intranet, social networks, emails, etc.
  • Support in the development of digital tools through the organization of internal, external, and QA pilots. After launch, support in the launch communication campaign and promote its use through training or emails.
  • Organization and maintenance of the internal pages of the site, updating content and its construction in terms of SEO.
  • Ensure the proper use of brand image manuals and ensure that the established norms are met for their use in Chile.
  • Share on the intranet each campaign, launch, or event that the company carries out so that it is communicated to the entire organization.

Minimum Requirements:

  • University Degree: Commercial Engineering, Advertising, Journalism or related (with a business focus)
  • Previous experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing and project management.
  • Domination of digital tools such as the Google Marketing Platform and Meta for Business, apart from report viewers.
  • Ability to work in a team and attend to internal and external clients of all levels.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of CRM.
  • Error-free writing and spelling.
  • Advanced level of English.
