Chubb is looking for two IT Support Technicians in the context of a fixed-term contract of 18 months.

Your Challenges:

Finality of the position: Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of the IT park.

Intervene in support with users.

Install and configure hardware/software, ensure the security and follow-up of IT equipment.

Within our IT service (5 employees), you will ensure the following missions:

• Preparation, installation, configuration and update of computers
• Provision and recovery of equipment (by hand or by parcel)
• Diagnosis and resolution of technical breakdowns (hardware and software)
• Technical support to users (on site or remotely)
• Management of access rights and user accounts
• Follow-up of incident tickets and requests
• Support of VIP users in the resolution of incidents, requests and technical difficulties by providing effective and personalized technical support
• Implementation of good cybersecurity practices in IT environments
• Participation in the management of the IT park (inventory, equipment monitoring)
• Participation in various IT projects and in material and software evolutions
• Writing of technical procedures and reports

Let's Talk About You...

You have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BTS, DUT, Professional License) in IT.

Beginners accepted (internal training planned), but previous experience in technical support would be a plus

Technical skills required:

• Mastery of Windows 11 operating systems
• Knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, VPN)
• Basic knowledge of system administration (Microsoft 365, MFA, etc…)
• Marked interest in the application of good practices in this area
• Knowledge of the Service Now ITSM tool
• Hardware and software skills

Required skills:

• Autonomy, rigor, organization and service sense
• Good relational and pedagogical skills
• Reactivity in the management of emergencies (management of major incidents, ability to prioritize)

Conditions of the position:

Fixed-term contract 18 months

Remuneration on 12 months
