HR Officer Position at Chubb – Utrecht

As an HR Officer at Chubb in Utrecht, you will play an important role in supporting our employees and optimizing HR processes. You will ensure the careful processing of HR changes and serve as a point of contact for managers and employees.

What will you do as an HR Officer?

As an HR Officer, you will be the connecting link between employees, HR, and management. You will ensure that HR processes run smoothly and contribute to a pleasant and professional work experience.

You will be involved in:

• HR administrative tasks, such as processing in- and out-of-service dates and drafting employment contracts;
• Handling HR changes and daily operational HR issues for employees;
• Drafting, maintaining, and improving HR reports and analyses (including in Excel);
• Identifying bottlenecks in HR processes based on data and proposing improvement suggestions;
• Acting as the first point of contact for employees with questions about HR, career, development, and well-being.

You are a driven HR professional who brings structure, sees connections, and optimizes processes. You feel at home in a dynamic organization and can translate HR data into valuable insights for HR and management.

We are looking for someone who has:

• MBO+/HBO work and thinking level, preferably in HRM, Business Administration, or a similar field;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administrative and/or analytical role;
• Strong Excel skills;
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail;
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English;
• A precise, structured, and reliable working style;
• Experience with HR systems (experience with Workday is a plus);
• An analytical mindset and interest in HR data.
