We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an AED Operations and Sales Support Lead. This vital role is designed to drive AED (Automated External Defibrillator) sales and ensure seamless operational support across the UK and Ireland.
You will be the bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders, playing a key part in boosting sales, strengthening relationships, and ensuring a smooth sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support.
People-Person: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated, able to work independently and take initiative.
Previous experience in sales support, operations, or customer-facing roles (ideally in healthcare, medical devices, or public safety industries).
Familiarity with AEDs or medical equipment or CRM Systems (a plus, but not essential).
Driving License: Full current UK driving license
