This position is primarily responsible for sales of snowboards and related equipment, and assisting with inventory control to achieve the maximum profitability while continuing to provide the best-in-class guest service for which Christy Sports is known.
Generate sales for snowboards / boots / bindings by demonstrating excellent knowledge of the equipment and industry
Boot fitting
Maintain the high-standard for guest service
Maintain merchandising of hard good product lines and store cleanliness standards
Demonstrate the desire to succeed and grow within the company
Other duties as may be assigned
Strong snowboard or ski background
Prior retail sales experience in snowboard equipment
High school diploma or equivalent
Experienced with POS systems preferred
Must be able to communicate fluently in accurate spoken and written English
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to routinely lift merchandise, packages and other items of at least 25 pounds
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet store needs, including holidays, nights and weekends

Budgeted range starts at: $20-$23/hour + Commission. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
