This position is primarily responsible for the sale of outdoor lifestyle furniture to meet our customers' needs, merchandising our products to attract interest and providing the best-in-class guest service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Full service assistance to customers from the beginning to the end of the sale, including writing the sale, reserving and scheduling the furniture for delivery, processing and ordering special order furniture, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the furniture selected
• Explaining our outdoor collections and the features of each
• Assisting our customers with the selection of the proper furniture according to their desires and design goals
• Maintaining the highest quality experience for our customers
• Assisting in preparing the showroom for special sales, store inventory, and maintaining the overall appearance of the showroom
• Other duties as assigned

Skills/Abilities:

• Previous experience in sales and customer service preferred, but not required. Specialty retail preferred, but not required.
• Outgoing and upbeat personality.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a motivated self-starter.
• High energy level.
• Must be able to regularly lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work well with a variety of personality types.
• Neat, clean, professional appearance.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and POS systems.
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task.
• Frequently required to walk, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods of time
• Regularly required to climb ladders.

Budgeted range starts at: $18-$19 hourly + Commissions. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
