Environmental Services Supervisor

We are currently seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to oversee and support housekeeping operations across our vibrant campus. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working both behind the scenes and alongside staff to ensure residents live in a clean, safe, and dignified environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support a dedicated housekeeping team
Ensure resident apartments and common areas are clean, sanitary, and well-maintained
Collaborate with staff across departments to meet campus-wide needs
Respond to resident requests with respect and professionalism
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Qualifications
Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years' supervisory experience in environmental services or hospitality required; experience in senior living, healthcare, or similar residential settings highly preferred
Strong communication skills
- Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
A heart for serving older adults
Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and infection control
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and moving furniture
A positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset
