Automotive Service Advisor / Writer

This position is located at 8120 East 56th Street, Odessa, TX 79761 (projected to open end of 2025!). As an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer, you will be the trusted professional our guests rely on for assistance with their vehicles, building lasting relationships and guiding our guests through the repair process.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greet every guest with hospitality and respect
• Present the best solution to properly repair our guest vehicle
• Manage the store's workflow effectively
• Sell our services while maintaining honesty and integrity
• Maintain a positive team atmosphere
• Communicate professionally on the phone
• Build long-term relationships with our customers
• Direct, coordinate, and participate in customer service activities
• Shuttle guests in CBA branded vehicle
• Ensure all repairs are performed to proper specifications
• Assist other employees as needed

Qualifications include:

• Current driver's licenses
• Acceptable driving record
• Proficiency in Windows based computer software
• Experience in Automotive Customer Service

Physical requirements include:

• Being dependable and reliable for a Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pm schedule
• Being on your feet for most of the workday
• Occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50 lbs.
• Maintaining a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
